I was a motivational speaker for anti-bullying campaigns because of my personal experiences at being bullied. I recognized that people who were being bullied thought they were the problem; however, the reality was that the people around them just did not understand them. That was the inspiration to create my first short film, Do You Really Get Me. I was able to take my experiences to film and spread awareness with the hope of turning it into understanding because everyone has a story that should be told. Do You Really Get Me is an award-winning film that has positively influenced others to believe in themselves and to never give up on their dreams. Remember, when the underdog wins, they win for everybody because somebody’s got to break down the door to make the dream possible. Please check out my film below.
